I had a fun weekend in New York celebrating my friend Susie’s pregnancy. We had her baby shower at the cutest little bakery in the West Village called "Milk & Cookies". The menu consisted of herbal iced tea and homemade ice cream sandwiches. The Grasshopper was a favorite made from mint chocolate chip cookies with mint ice cream…and then there was one with sugar cookies and strawberry ice cream, and I had peanut butter chocolate chip cookies with chocolate ice cream. It was a great get-away for me and fun to catch up with my friends. I even celebrated my un-pregnancy with a triple layered margarita for dinner (different restaurant), mango, lime, and strawberry margarita, all in one!
Can you tell that my cookie sandwich filled me up? I look as if I am about to burst…but they are sweet photos, Amy.
