We went to the flower field in Point Harbor for this year's spring photo shoot. We lucked out with a warm and sunny day, but no flowers in sight (except for the tulips we brought with us)! Here are some favorites from the day.

This soon to be big sister is starting to look like the poster child for Amy Dixon Photography. Her beautiful face always shows up in my contests, on my website, and even on the cover of Outer Banks Child Magazine last year. I'm sure her mom is wondering how she's going to handle her new competition this spring. She was so sweet reading Dr. Seuss to her mom's belly. Can't wait to capture more moments after the birth.
Here's an idea for a super cute collage for a girl's room…I'm sure we can come up with something good for a boy too! This one is a 20×20 gallery wrapped canvas and comes to you ready to hang.
I've had so much fun helping my mother-in-law plan a children's corner in her women's boutique. The first shipment of toddler shoes came in this weekend. Wee Squeak shoes, otherwise know as "squeaker shoes"…but they are adorable no matter what sound they make (you can even turn the squeaker insert or remove if you get sick of the sound). Available in size 3 to 8.
We had fun in the snow this morning while it lasted…sad to see all of the rain wash it away.
