Hali & Evan came from Pittsburgh, PA to be married on the beach in South Nags Head. They planned an intimate ceremony on the beach with help from Ann Bell. She handled their wedding planning and was also their wedding officiant. They used their grandparents’ wedding cake topper on a beautiful cake from Great Cakes.
